My name is Carol and I have been in the veterinary industry for going on 16 years when I graduated tech school. My technician roots have given me a solid foundation in understanding the medicine that helps serve as building blocks for this amazing profession. As much as I love the hands-on, I really found my niche in leadership.
I have served in a leadership capacity for 12 years before moving into a consulting role. I have really enjoyed working with my personalized support clients to deliver long-term results. It has been a pleasure to work 1-1 with them and build the relationships necessary to drive real change.
